Our self-catering tariff is per room
Our bed and breakfast tariff is per room including a self service continental breakfast
(VAT is not applicable)
Please appreciate we have a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights for both self-catering and bed and breakfast. When possible 1 night reservations may be available within 1 week of the arrival date - please contact us directly
Check in/out times
The accommodation will be available to you from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged and please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure

For all reservations a non-refundable deposit of the first night's tariff is required in order to guarantee your booking. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or cheque.
For stays of 1-3 nights the balance can be made by cash on arrival, debit card, credit card or cheque received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
For stays of 4 nights or more the balance is due within 4 weeks of arrival date. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or cheque.
